Terms & Conditions

 Ride Requests:

 

All ride requests must be in writing through our Website at www.dvbtransportationllc.com. We do not accept airline reservation emails in place of Web Site requests.

A Major Credit Card (MasterCard – Visa – American Express – Discover) must be provided at the time of reservation to secure your trip and will be kept on file to use in case of cancellation as well as for future trips.

Rides requests are made in 15 minute intervals starting at the top of the hour. If you pick up is in between intervals, please chose a time closest to your requested pick up time.

Please note that the Pick up Time requested is the time you are telling DVB Transportation, LLC  that you will be  ready to go.

Ride Confirmations:

 

Once we text you that your ride is added to our schedule, your ride is confirmed under normal circumstances. Please read the confirmation details we text you carefully as those details will be used for your pick up. We will not be held responsible for any errors in pick up should the confirmation details be confirmed “as is” with errors.

Reservation Reminder:

 

A Reservation reminder will be texted to your cell phone number the night before your ride. Please read the reminder carefully and let us know immediately if there are any errors. If all is OK, please respond with a thumbs up so we know you’ve read and acknowledged the reminder. On days where scheduling is tight, we will use the word “Sharp” next to your pick up time. That  means we must leave at the time you reserved as your pick up time to stay on schedule. In adverse weather conditions, we may need to adjust the schedule to arrive safely.

Pick Up:

 

Your Chauffeur will text you when they arrive at your Pick Up Location.

Your destination will be entered into the GPS to see if there are any delays on the route, and your Chauffeur may recommend alternate routes including toll roads to get you to your destination on time. Toll fees not included in original quote will be added to the charge and will be the responsibility of the Passenger.

Any Pick Up delayed more than 15 minutes past the scheduled pick up time will incur additional charges.

Depending on the schedule for the day, your ride may be cancelled if there is more than a 15 minute Pick Up delay and if so, we reserve the right to charge the Passenger the full price of the ride.

Airport Pick Ups:

 

Your Chauffeur will track your flight through our Flight Tracking Apps. For scheduling purposes, we allow 15 – 30 minutes from landing to the Curb (depending on Airline and length of trip) for Passengers with Carry on Luggage and 30 – 45 minutes from landing to Curb (depending on airline and length of trip) for Passengers with Checked Baggage. If you need extra time, please let us know when reserving your ride so we can make adjustments to our schedule.

Unforseen Circumstances:

 

DVB Transportation LLC is not responsible for unforeseen rush hour traffic delays, accident delays, road closure delays, construction delays, airline delays, baggage delays, or mechanical delays.

DVB Transportation, LLC is not responsible for Unforeseen Chauffeur call off to work due to accident, injury, illness, or death of a loved one.

DVB Transportation, LLC will try to mitigate unforeseen circumstances as best as possible, however customer understands that these unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Inclimate Weather:

 

We will do our best to accommodate your pick up times but due to inclimate weather and extreme driving conditions, there could be delays.

In case of Ice Storms or hail storms which are too dangerous to drive in and / or could cause harm to our Passengers, Chauffeurs, or Vehicles we reserve the right to cancel your transportation. In these extreme circumstances, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Sharing a Ride:

 

On occasion, a customer may request a ride for the same day and time as another Passenger. When this occurs, we will ask whom ever booked the ride first if they are OK sharing a ride with someone else. The Original ride requester will be under no obligation to share a ride, but if they do agree, the cost of the ride would be split in two. Sharing a ride will only occur if both parties agree and also when there is a Party of 1 and 1, OR 1 and 2, OR 1 and 3 to allow for separation between parties.

Cancellation Policy:

 

We are a small business and once we reserve your day and time on our schedule, we do not accept any other ride requests for the same day and time. That said, if you cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to charge your Credit Card the full amount of your ride if we cannot rebook the same time slot.

Vehicle Damage / Incidents :

 

The Passenger will be responsible for all Damages and Incidents that happen during transport which cause damage of any kind to the vehicle. These include:  Leather Repair, Carpet Repair, Glass Repair, Electronics Repair, Window Repair, Arm Rest Repair, Magazine Pocket Repair, Door Repair, Trunk Repair, Bio Hazardous Clean Up, Smoking Burns, or Opening Vehicle Door into traffic / another object. The Cost to repair will be billed at Invoiced Cost plus Time the vehicle is out of service for repairs.

Passenger must exit the vehicle curbside and / or wait until the Chauffeur to open the door if curbside exit is not available to avoid incident.

Illegal Substances:

 

Passengers will not consume alcohol in any of our Vehicles without a partition between the Passenger and Chauffer Cabin. Smoking Material and Illegal Drugs are not Permitted inside any of our vehicles at any time. If a violation of this policy does occur, DVB Transportation, LLC reserves the right to end the ride immediately, drop Passengers off at a safe location with / without Police assistance, and the full cost of the ride will be charged to the Credit Card on file.

Lost or Damaged Items:

 

DVB Transportation, LLC will make every effort to locate and return any item left in our vehicles. Passenger agrees to any packing and shipping charges for return of lost items. DVB Transportation, LLC is not responsible for any item left in our Vehicles that gets damaged or stolen.
